My mom has always been really big on Christmas and birthdays. I understand now why. Holidays are fun with babies, but with kids, your own kids, they are awesome. I could spend all my money on toys and presents for Jackson. Being a mom just gets better and better. Jackson turned 3 yesterday and it was one of the best days ever. I love being a mom!!

I made the cake. Surprisingly it turned out really well, and he loved it so that's all that matters!

Wow, you have a 3 year old...when did that happen? We really are getting old, but I too love being a mom.
